It takes about 1 minute for our blood to circulate through our entire body and return to our heart. 1 MINUTE!
We all have 1 MINUTE, even in the craziest of days to
STOP, BREATHE, and let the BLOOD FLOW one full cycle through our body.
How do I use this:
- Before a coaching session to help me be fully present
- With my clients to remind them to stop and breathe
- Incorporating this ‘power of the pause’ when I need perspective
- Permission to feel and listen to what my body is saying to me
- When doing a cold plunge
