What I want most is an 'X' life?
In our 20's, my husband and I dreamed of owning a cabin on a small cove, on a small lake in Ontario. This is us at 58, glad God can take a dream and make it way better than we ever thought possible.
What I want most is an 'X' life? This is a question Jim Collins poses at the end of his new book, What To Make Of A Life. This is a book about cliffs, fog, fire and self-knowledge imperatives.
All lives have cliffs, but we can make the most of the life we have been given to live. To do that we must discover and trust our encodings, then keep taking the steps in front of us to let life unfold. We learn by continuously extending out to circle back. Happiness is not the primary goal but comes from following your encodings. These are just a few of the many take aways but I have many more!

What is the life that you most want to live? The answer is different for everyone.
